At Clocks, Etc. we are committed to customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for exchange or refund.
We test every clock before it leaves our store, so if you are having a problem getting a clock to work, please call or e-mail us and often we can help you.
To return an item within 30 days of purchase, carefully repackage it (including all the paperwork and product instructions) using the original packing materials if possible. Insure the item for its full value with UPS or the U.S. Postal Service and send it to:

A refund for the item's price will be given on merchandise received in new condition. A partial credit may apply on items received in used condition. We will repair or replace a clock under each company's warranty policy. Most clocks are guaranteed one to two years, depending on the company. Before sending a clock to us, please call us first as we may be able to help you over the phone or can advise you on the best and most efficient way to have the clock repaired or replaced by the company.
